We have a rental unit and the automatic garage wouldn't shut... I've never had an automatic garage door repaired before, and didn't know who to call. I use contractors often, and usually have to go through a few bad experiences before finding the \keepers.\ My wife and I did a little research, got some word of mouth recommendations about these guys and decided to give them a try. They were easy to deal with, came out right away, were communicative, immediately assessed the problem (the door should have two springs, but only had one worn out spring causing the door to derail from the track), gave me a very reasonable quote and did a great job fixing everything in under an hour. Sometimes it's just nice when everything gets done right the first time without any problems... actually, it's relieving. Not that I have garage door problems often, but these are my go-to guys from now on.
