I saw bad reviews before even applying, but I just thought maybe they were lies. NO!!! My experience was TERRIBLE! I had only been there for a week, hurt myself numerous times, still came to work afterwards and worked the very hardest for my “team” clearly. I was talked about on the job by someone who wasn’t even in management or in a high position in general. That person belittled me even when something was out of my, or my partners control. I was called slothful, told I wasn’t doing my job, and that I needed to go home all because the material they had given wouldn’t fit no matter how much I tried to make it. At some point I tried informing the manager of the experience I’ve had working with this person, but I didn’t even get that far. I got to the part of telling him that she was making us do things that she wasn’t making anyone else do and he just shrugged it off pretty much and told me, “Well, she’s training for lead. She’ll be running a line.” He technically didn’t disagree with this person’s actions. I’m not perfect, but I’ve worked with the public and interacted completely with coworkers for years. I could’ve sworn for a job to be professional, you are required to do YOUR job, not belittle, bully or gossip about your coworkers to others. If you’re looking for professionalism and to get your job done without negative energy... this is NOT the place (location).
