Really bad customer service, I renewed my daughter's passport months ago but still haven't received it. The consolato won't pick up their phone or reply to their e-mails. Very disappointed

The Liverpool Consulate is no longer in their offices. I went today as they have not answered the phone or emails for weeks and I have found their office empty. What is going on? Does anyone have any information please???
