Absolutely atrocious service - if it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Phone either constantly busy or you get cut off after selecting an option. If you do happen to get through, you might get the opportunity to speak to the least helpful people on the planet. Emails also go ignored, so don't bother trying to contact them this way. My family live on the other end of the country from the consulate and yet they expect us to travel in-person during a pandemic in order to register a Moroccan child and obtain documents for them. Useless for anyone who doesn't live in London.

I came to the consulate to renew my C.I.N, the service was good. Because of corona, they let us inside by pairs which is totally understandable. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Specially, the guy who takes the fingerprints. I was told that it would take around 6 weeks for the new C.I.N to arrive from Morocco. It took longerrrrr. Again, I think it’s because of corona. However, once it was ready. They called me and messaged me. When I went to retrieve my C.I.N, I didn’t have to wait. Was easy. Friendly staff. Good job. Hope you guys keep the good service up. I know people do get sometime frustrated, but what can you do. Chouiya ta3 ssbar ou safi. I, personally had a good experience.
One star is too much for them. And actually I think the positive reviews are fake because I don’t know anyone who could get through to the consulate on the phone. If you don’t believe me try them ! they never answer the phone or reply to emails! It so frustrating! We need a competent administration to take care of our in interests over here!
I am Moroccan my blood is morocan I want to fly immediately to Morocco to assist my mum and be with her as she is been taking to the hospital and I am the only child she have . I am trying to call the consulate to explain to them that is emergency I need to go no one is unswearing the emergency number . I am here I can’t sleep I am very stressed I am worried that my mum passes away and I can’t be with her . I don’t know what to do when don’t get any help with your own country
Completely useless and disgraceful service. phone lines busy 24 h !!!!!! Or you are put through to a machine and when you select an option from the number menu they hung up or you hear a weird noise!! . Can't contact them unless you go the consulate and wait upon hours. What a joke, can't do one thing right !!! You treat us (Moroccan citizens) like second class ! Come on !!!! learn something from the English people If there was an option for 0 stars i wouldve clicked it 0/10 .
