Small office but Nice friendly staff but l read some of the reviews here its sad to read what some people write here one in particular ,one said he will not travel to Turkey now, Ohhh my dear we as a Turkish Nation are very worried now that this chap will not travel to Turkey. Very simple if you dont like it dont come pointless writting about it in your review.

I have emailed and called them so many times and nobody wants to help me. This very rude lady on the phone was disgustingly rude and had no manners whatsoever! She kept interrupting me and would not let me finish and was huffing and puffing. Her customer service was absolutely horrendous! She said if I fill in a form online she will look into it that same day. She lied and did not do this. I have sent two more emails but nothing. I called the Turkish consulate in the Netherlands and they were so nice and helpful and said I can come in whenever I want and they will help me. London team- you need to train your staff to be friendly and speak to customers with manners. Never again- I would rather fly to another country as they have better manners than you!
Consulate phone number just keeps putting out the same recorded message I cannot get to speak to anyone. This is despite the message saying I will be able to speak to someone. The website does not work properly either. Can not access anything it says 'error, file not found' to every form I need. Please fix. This is highly frustrating.
Rooms are clean, staff are very kind and beach is perfect. I strongly recommend anyone.
