A huge thank you to all the team at Seagrave for their dedication and commitment. They have worked tirelessly through out this dreadful pandemic coming into work everyday with a smile on their faces and adding love and laughter throughout our home !! Due to their hard work and amazing teamwork they have continued to keep our home safe ,happy and Covid free .... well done everyone !!

Seagrave House in my opinion is second to none. The staff are well trained, compassionate and caring. They treat residents with dignity at all times and also treat them as individuals. I am very happy with the care my mum is receiving and I am able to discuss any issues with the staff confident in the knowledge that they will quickly be taken care of. Seagrave House has become like a second home to me and our family and the staff feel like extended family. Nothing is too much trouble. Seagrave House itself has the most up-to-date facilities, the home is beautifully decorated and looks more like a 'high end' hotel. The dining rooms are tastefully decorated and all meals are made by the skilled chefs employed at the home..I love that they interact with the residents at mealtimes and get to know them by name. The meals and snacks on offer are always delicious looking and smell wonderful and there are always different options available to tempt the residents. The Management and staff at Seagrave House really do care about the residents and the quality of the care they receive. I feel happy and confident that my mum is getting the best care available in this area....I would recommend Seagrave House to anyone looking for residential care.
Despite a reluctance by dad (92) to have a week's temporary respite care at Seagrave (his first time away from his home and mum) both he and the family found the staff to be very friendly,helpful and welcoming. The facilities were spotlessly clean and a very comfortable room. Thanks you to Laura and all the staff
