Yes there is no 1 answering the phones at DMV apparently they are way to busy. Is that because the are operating with a minimal amount of staff ? The Covid closing has many on back log . I've trying to make a appt for a few now & I can't seem to get 1 online theyre no appt til next May of 21 so far ,you will need a pin to make your appt. I emailed the DMV regarding missing me a pin. You may have to do the same.

Very rude staff member that treated me horrible. S. Bowles was her name badge. This lady would not give me anytime to talk because in 15 min they were closing; I have waited a long time for appointment related to covid. I have never been treated more poorly by customer service in my life. The manager was very helpful with the continuing lack of help from Mrs. Bowles.
