I would highly recommend this company. The gentleman, Iain, was thoroughly professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. His prices are very very reasonable. He waited 90 minutes, until dark, to see and kill our unwelcome rat. As it stayed hidden he laid numerous traps and we are hopeful to catch it. I, again, highly recommend PestGuard Northwest. Telephone Iain via a recommendation and less then 30 minutes later he was at our property and confirmed and showed us the 3 wasps nests with minutes he was suited up, ready to go and had started treatments. Amazing guy, very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough, explaining step by step what he was doing and making sure we were safe while the treatment took place and what to do over next few days to keep pets, children and adults safe. Our wasp nests went from being a nuisance to resolved within a flash. Thanks guys highly recommend

In May noticed a rat was making itself comfortable on the bird food in my garden every day. Called Pest Guard and Iain came out within hours and was very good over advising when he would call round. He was very thorough in checking out where my little visitor could be coming from (it was travelling from somewhere external to my garden) and possible rat runs to block. He went the extra mile in approaching my neighbour and giving advice also as a precaution. He left me with traps for over a month and would have come to empty them if needed but advised about cost too. Very pleased with the attention and advice I received and would recommend Iain highly.
I contacted Iain regarding feral pigeons nesting under my solar panels. He came out straight away to advise and provide a quote for the work, which was reasonably priced.
