The management side of the company handles a variety of property including management of commercial property, mixed use management, residential block management and the management of assured shorthold tenancies individually or as part of a portfolio. The professional side of the firm deals with surveys and valuations, the negotiations of rent reviews and lease renewals, rating advice and appeals. We advise on matters of property dilapidation, preparing Schedules of Dilapidations and negotiating for landlords and tenants. Recently we have developed into more specialist areas. Firstly, dealing with Lease Extension and Freehold Enfranchisement, and secondly, providing lease plans and energy rating certificates on residential and commercial property.
