Absolutely Fantastic service 10 stars I placed an order for a cordless power tool yesterday Feb 16th and exactly 22 hours and 17 minutes later it arrived at my door. Brilliant . I'll just say this is the way things should be done compared to another company I ordered a similar item from 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. . Needless too say I won't be ordering from them again. But I will definitely be ordering from dw again. Very impressed with the service well done

Absolutely one brilliant place for all your tools very affordable they have everything you will ever need for any job you can do with the option of applying for finance on anything within the shop took me 2 hours to simply walk round the shop wanting to buy everything I seen nothing online will ever come close to going to this shop.
