Very happy to be living at The Herschel. It’s an excellent community and the staff is absolutely amazing. Ruben and Colton went above and beyond to help us with the move in process since day one that we viewed the property. It’s quiet, friendly neighbors, clean and very attentive to our needs. Super dog friendly, my little one enjoys running around the dog park on site.

I have lived at the Herschel for the last three years and am planning to continue living here in the future. I have had a positive experience in this community because of the quality of the living spaces and the hospitality of the management team. Recently, Ruben Marquez has helped me In the office. He is friendly, organized, professional, and always answers any of my questions within the same working day. I recommend that you schedule a tour of the facility with him as soon as possible!
I cannot say enough about this place! It is an amazing place to live. The staff is always so helpful and a joy to work with when things are needed on my end as a resident. The Cocktail event was amazing, thank you Ruben and Colton, you guys were absolutely amazing!! Thank you for all that you do!!
Ruben Clearly sleeping when I came to the door and in the apartment that I was taken to tour at that ! Clearly evident that he had been hanging out there. And clearly they have a smoking for all policy because the reek of marijuana was so thick in the air it made my head hurt he had no good pointers outside of questioning my personal life I loved the property but my husband said we can’t move anywhere where the staff practically throws them self at you . He made me called corporate NO response! If u move here you better be single and ready to party. With. .... Les
Found The Herschel was a good choice for me. Easy to rent an apartment and the community is a good one. My leasing agent Colton Jacobson was knowledgeable and very helpful.
