One star ONLY because we got the confirmation dx for our son and a minimal order for labs. Thank God we did labs locally rather than at the office or else we would have never received the results. Their financial policy is hogwash and quite frankly, fraudulent. Communication with the doctor is non-existent if you are not face to face, even when calling about prescription concerns and reactions to prescriptions. Communication with office staff is horrid - calls never returned, emails ignored, faxes ignored, requests from primary referring physician for notes and lab results was beyond delayed and we had to jump through hoops to try and obtain them. I was told my son's case was not as severe or as important so they would get to sending notes/results when they get to it. I canceled all future appointments at that point. I would never recommend this office. Seeing Dr. Bouboulis was a complete waste of our time and money.

Staff does not return calls or emails. Finally got an email back after threatening to report the office for negligence. Dr Baboulis barely available you’d think he was a celebrity. Staff not attentive and does not care about you even when you contact them after experiencing debilitating headache and loss of vision due to switched antibiotic. After spending thousands the only way to even ask the Dr a question is to pay him 200 for a FaceTime call. If you care about your safety avoid this practice as no one is available if issues arise.

Dr. Gennimo was amazing, very easy going showed concern about my allergies. He asked the right questions and I felt like he cared. The staff was very polite and took care of my needs quickly.

Staff pleasant, organized and competent. Office clean and comfortable. But of course the most important factor which brings us and all those we've referred from Queens to Conn. is Dr. Bouboulis. Thorough compassionate but above all a great diagnostician
