Just got our emissions serviced & the guy failed us for catalytic converter, although the computer passed everything, including CC... very entitled guy with a rude attitude, asking alot of questions that weren't required for an emissions test... won't be coming back here & wouldn't suggest for you to either unless you want a snarky guy testing your emissions
