I recently lost my precious two year-old Labrador from severe epileptic seizures. She was my baby and I loved her dearly. From the moment I reached out to contact this company, they displayed the greatest amount of compassion and sympathy. I was given more condolences and respect from them than my own primary vet, who struggled to even return my phone calls. Everyone is so sweet and kind on the phone. They were clear and up front about costs, expectations, and how the process worked (I've never had a pet cremated). Everything -- from the gift bag to the tuft of hair to the temporary container they put my dog's ashes in -- was amazing. They are quick, efficient, and extremely sensitive to your needs. I even received a notice in the mail (personalized with the name of my dog on it) that they donated to an animal-related organization in her honor. The only negative I can think of is that the cast they made of her paw is a little squishier than I expected it to be, even after letting it dry for several days. But it's not like I'm going to be taking it many places and it has a nice leather cover over it, so that's not really a major issue. I didn't expect this kind of service from a pet crematoria, honestly; but they are amazing. Highly recommended.

Everyone I spoke to was incredibly professional and sympathetic, and made sure to walk me through their process and what to expect. I also opted for the ceramic paw prints, and I couldn’t be happier I did. I tried several times over the course of my little ones life to get paw prints, but a combination of tiny, scramble-y feet and strong will meant they never turned out well. Her ceramic paw prints were absolutely perfect; thank you so much, Paws, Whiskers, & Wags

Having to say goodbye to our pup after twelve and a half years was one of the hardest and most heartbreaking things we’ve ever had to do. We were so touched by the sensitivity and caring shown by the Paw, Wags & Whiskers Team. I spoke to Lisa to make final arrangements. She was kind and professional and obviously used to dealing with people who are grieving. She let me take my time to decide what I wanted to do and I’m so glad she mentioned the lock of hair. I had no idea how much it would mean to me to have that. Aside from the paw print it is such a very real part of my boy that I can now hold onto. Thank you, Paws Family for providing the service you do. And for employing people who truly care. It really did help us get through.

These are the some of the kindest and most professional people I’ve met in my life. They really made this process easier for us. Binx was super important to us and they handled him so gently. Please bring your fur babies here when it’s that time. You’ll feel the love and care over the phone before you even show up. Once you’re there it just continues. Best experience I could’ve imagined by far.
