My visit was less than pleasant. My time with the doctor was maybe 5min 7 min tops. Showed no real concern for my illness. The wait was extremely long just to be dismissed after 5min. I asked for the doctor to check one more thing and he showed anger and frustration when i did. The nurses when you come in are not friendly either. Said they were charging me just to share the results of my labs on the phone with no detailed information again the call was less than 3min. Not to mention the doctors mask was not covering his nose the whole time. Will not come here again and will not recommend anyone else to

I absolutely love the doctor who works here. He is quick, thorough and highly personable and friendly. If I lived in GA I’d want him as my primary doctor. The nurses are usually quite pleasant and friendly, as well. I never wait longer than a half hour in the waiting room.

I went there because I had swelling in my leg and foot, I set up an appointment I was there five minutes and already seeing the doctor. He spend time with me explained everything, gave me some options. He knew I didn't have insurance so when the time came I needed three medications he went out of his way to find a good alternative that was inexpensive. really appreciated that most doctors won't do that. I was very happy with this place, the staff was nice they were quick and felt like they were looking out after me. My leg is improved dramatically in 3 days definitely will go back. Thank you for your good service.

Young black male nurse answered my question with an irrelevant “like I said, we just took our last patient at 5:30” when I was already setting up an appointment for the following day. Sorry you were too dumb to understand generic question of “are you guys a lot busier with Covid...?”

I had such a positive and great experience at the Primary Care Center in Decatur Georgia! A big shout out and thank you to Natasha and to Dr. Ryan Risley for treating my son so quickly and effectively when he came down with strep throat. We had just arrived in Atlanta from Lexington Kentucky where we live, to visit family and then we were going to the beach the next day when my son came down with a fever and it was obvious he had an infection in his throat. Both my aunt and uncle are patients at this location and highly recommended it-especially both Natasha and Dr. Risley. They got us back right away and they both took such good care of my son-even covering him up due to his chills from his fever. With such excellent immediate care he was already feeling better within 48 hours and able to have fun with his family and friends at the beach! Thank You So Much Dr. Ryan Risley and Natasha! If we lived in Atlanta this is who we would come to for patient care!!
