Lovely location.. so many props to help us.. with a great teacher like surya sir.. you can learn parkour real fast.. he knows his stuff and can customize workout according to individual needs.. starting our day there always makes the day

Joined today. The warm up is really tiring at first, but it opens up your body to the fullest. Progressing in front roll already. Surya sir is great trainer, a perfect person to learn Parkour from. I highly recommend it.
