Brett and Steve were very accommodating when we had to shift the install date 'twice', but now its in and the room is fantastic. They carried out the work in an efficient manner leaving it clean and tidy. The fire may look small but it heats the room and when the doors are open the rest of the house. Thanks I would recommend you to anyone! Excuse the Xmas decorations!

Brett and Steve were great. They were very communicative throughout the whole installation. They kept the dust and dirt created to a minimum and in the process had to deal with a grumpy next door neighbour as well which wasn't part of the deal !. They kept to the quoted price and they were at all times very professional and knowledgeable.We are very happy with our new mantelpiece and wood burning stove .Just in time for the cold spell this winter !. A year on after our initial log burner installation by Dorset Stove Installations they came back to do our chimney sweep. They were professional, efficient, clean and tidy. Absolutely happy with their work and conduct and would recommend to anyone.
