I had a block of session's with Stuart a few months ago to help with some anxieties I was experiencing. Stuart is amazing at what he does. He is very professional and his sessions have benefitted me greatly. No problem you have is too big or too small. The sessions were judgement free and his methods were broken down so that I could understand clearly. I saw Stuart in person before lockdown and also on video calls since then. I found that both ways were equally as effective in helping me. For anyone who needs help, Stuart is who you should see. I have saw other therapists before and he's the top one. If you are considering using video calls as a means, I fully recommend that you do it as i thought it would feel different and might not be as effective but it was great. I feel alot better about anything I needed help with and I have had long term changes as a result of his sessions.

Stuart really helped me through some very difficult problems which affected nearly every aspect of my life. I'm in a much better position now, sleeping better (thank god) and I have a renewed feeling of positivity towards life! I would highly recommend his services. Thank you for the support Stuart
I run my own business and I wake early most mornings. Often 2 hours or more before my alarm time of 6 am. My mood is low especially when I wake and I get about 5 hours each night. Dr Sadler and I worked on sleep compression together for about 18 weeks with varied results. I kept the sleep diary for all that time but going to bed later was not making we wake up later. I ceased from keeping the diary and we seemed to be having some success but this lasted about 1.5 weeks. I am now examining my diet and have reasons to believe I may have been low on certain vitamins leading to depression and anxiety leading to early waking. Still some work to do after 19 years of this!
I was looking for someone based in gateshead or gosforth so this worked out well. Gave me information about daytime and night time stuff I could do to improve my sleep and he helped me fall asleep easier and sleep better. Worked with me for 6 weeks during which time I improved a lot.
