My son has a 6month old husky which he has always taken to the dumbarton groomers and been very happy with the service. He booked his dog in recently for wash and groom. He was disapointed this time in the treatment his dog received (nails badly clipped) and very distrubed to see another small terrified dog left on the grooming table while the member of staff was on the phone for about 10 minutes. My son stayed and tried to comfort the wee scared dog till the staff member came back. My son says he does not trust the grooming servuce after what had happened today. Its a shame as my son says the staff are all friendly in the grooming but feels tgey dont care about the animals. Ive gave 3 stars but i would of gave less only due to previous high standard service. Sorry guys
