I would definitely recommend this dealership. The measure of excellent customer service (for me) is not how a customer is treated when all is OK but the response to a customer who isn't exactly thrilled! We bought a Yeti a couple of weeks back and my husband loves it but I am not so keen. I took my concerns to the dealership and their response was professional, reassuring, courteous and above all understanding. They all (including the service department, sales manager & overall manager) went above and beyond to help. I cannot fault their customer service. I picked the wrong car for me (my fault) but the right dealership. I will go back for my next car without hesitation.

Picked up my new Seat Terraco on 14/10/19. Steve Rodger was great, he took his time explaining all the buttons, he really had done his homework and knew everything. Great support and said if I got stuck just to phone. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Made to feel very welcome. Given excellent advice. Salesman - Paul - not at all pushy and took time to explore options as well as providing technical advice on the range of cars I was interested in. Bought new Octavia Scout and Paul stayed late to allow me to collect it late even taking another 1/2 hour to explain key features and set up infotainment, sat navnav and phone mirroring
