My first Skoda Karoq service and the experience was amazing! Was served by Mr Lezaic. As a first time car owner, I had several questions -- even unrelated ones with the servicing! Everything was answered and I was super happy with the experience. Collected the car on time. Was very surprised that they cleaned the car and changed the tires -- free of charge. Obviously going back there for my next service!

I went there my first time to test drive the new Seat Leon FR. All super easy, smooth and friendly: I made the request online, received a call from their sales rep and fixed the app. Once there all I had to do is to fill out a short form and on I went :) the sales rep was very competent and was able to answer all my questions and clear my uncertainties reg the systems - compliments to Mr. L. :) As for 'AMAG Autowelt Zurich': they sell all Volkswagen brands at this location (VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda) and as I understand AMAG is the official/first (?) importer of VW products and will provide the necessary maintenance checks and services as well. I don't know if they are the cheapest of them all but the easiness of the all-in-one package makes it quiet attractive for a person like me (full time job / car is smthg that brings me from a to b / need for a reliable and safe ride / no eager to shop around for the cheaper alternatives that includes dealing with several different shops / ..) Decide for yourself :) all i can say that my experience is good so far

I have a leased company car from AMAG. After dealing with them on several occasions I can confidently say that they would go out of business in a year with the unfriendly sales representatives they have, if there were more AUDI dealers in Zurich. Service is extremely slow. Simple tire change with an appointment took more than an hour. When your car is ready, they don't bother letting you know even if you wait directly in their sight. As if they are purposefully trying to lose your business. On top of everything as if it's not enough, they are overpriced. I wouldn't recommend them in any way. Don't be fooled by the fancy building they operate in. Take your business somewhere else if you don't want to feel disrespected.
