Today was my first class. I want to thanks to the team for their hospitality and professionalism. I loved this \sport\. And I advise everyone, especially women's , to practice this sport. For the sake of self-defense.!!! Day after day the rate of domestic violence increases and unfortunately many women aren't able to defend themselves... Don't waste time looking elsewhere, if you want to learn martial arts the right way this is the only place. Both me and my son trained here for 13 years. From what I've seen Richard is highly respected within the martial arts arena and has more than enough awards and trophies to prove it.
