very poor service,very bad concrete mix,have a lots of problem now
While they did provide same or next day concrete and they provided the option to either add more concrete to your invoice or refund you if you didn't use as much as you originally ordered, their company mysteriously vanished after constantly postponing an order we made instead of telling us upfront that their company was in trouble and to order from someone else until the company managed to resolve whatever problems they had. Very unprofessional. (edit: by vanished, I mean they shut down their website haven't answered the phone since Thursday 8th Feb 2018. They up and vanished like a fart in the air. If they do come back, they have got to be more professional and responsible with their customers who are waiting for their service)
