We had a problem with our initial order for a fireplace screen. Gary Dingman, our salesman, was on the issue immediately. Because of his response, we are now considering adding a fireplace insert to our main floor fireplace. We received the correct fireplace screen today, one day ahead of schedule. It took about an hour to unpack and set up. Thanks Gary for your quick attention to get this resolved.

This was my first time using Fireside to address concerns with my gas insert fireplace. The technician was knowledgeable, found the root cause and other issues that the gas company tech missed and he was able to fix the issue. I will be using Fireside for my annual tune-ups going forward. I highly recommend using a skilled technician from fireside vs your “gas company” as they are not experts.

Very professional and knowledgeable sales staff. The insert looks great and is heating the area as we had hoped. The installation was going well until had to be delayed a month due to the possible exposure of a member of the installation team to COVID. There was some frustration as the electrician did not complete his portion of the process the first time. Not clear how much it might have delayed the installation.

Due to various situations this COVID year I waited 2 months for installation. When it looked that might extend to another month the store were willing to work with me to install with the time first promised. Everybody involved followed thru on time and day agreed upon. They were competent. Informative. Consciences. I’m very happy with my free standing fireplace and with all services involved
