Ian and his staff team did an excellent job in repairing my damaged wooden flooring, and then sanding all the flooring in my flat to an outstanding standard. Ian was prompt in responding to my initial enquiry, at a time when many other joinery firms were reluctant to take on the job. Indeed, some other firms even recommended Ian and his staff due to their specialist expertise and skilled craftsmanship. Staff communicated well, and were prompt, efficient, friendly and courteous, while ensuring that they always made a point of cleaning up after them at the end of each day. Lee in particular was an amazing joiner who completed all the more complicated aspects of the flooring repair with exceptional skill. A first class company who have integrity and are completely trustworthy, providing a top drawer service at great value for money. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I contacted Ian and the next day he came to measure up for a quote. By the Monday morning I had my quote - which was very reasonable - and we arranged the job. Ross and Dean did a fantastic job - they were pleasant, efficient and thorough throughout. Before they left we already arranged another job because I know I can rely on their professionalism. I couldn't be happier with the work Lan and his team performed on my home in the Mission. He came to look at the floor and give a proposal within an hour of calling him. After a great proposal he began work the next day. He worked quickly and thoroughly. The floors look amazing!
