Well after the seeing the reviews, I was so scared of having to go here. HOWEVER! We turned up when they opened at 9am (had an appointment at 9:40), was seen before even sitting down and the lovely policeman gave us our NIE’s without any trouble at all! No problem whatever and the staff we encountered were absolutely lovely :)

Well I have to say the process was painless and quick. From arriving to leaving was less than 15 minutes. The time with the police officer was less than 5 minutes and went smoothly, the only downside is it takes about a month for me to collect my Spanish ID card but that is the typical Spanish love of paperwork. It is the system and not the fault of this facility. That said trying to get an appointment or to check if my TIE is ready is another issue and very difficult and annoying and disappointing . I have changed my stats from 5 to 4 because of this latter issue.

Worst experience of all. Completely pointless having to make an appointment. I was used as a joke and had all of the workers laugh at me for something I didn't know. Horrid people altogether

deposited my file for almost 3months now and no status about it nor additional documents have been requested. information desk isn't saying anything reasonable. just fade up with everything around that place.

When I got there, the ticket machine wouldn't accept my number but a man came over to help everyone. He went out of his way to get me a new cita and a ticket number. At the desk, the gentleman that attended to me was very kind and luckily for me spoke English. The TIE application process was quick and easy.
