We had such a wonderful experience at Acura of Elliott City! I called to see if a vehicle was available, and they had it ready for us to test drive when we arrived. We didn’t purchase that day, and they were so kind and respectful about our decision. When we were ready to buy, we finalized everything over the phone; all the paperwork was ready when we arrived, and we were in and out in under 15 minutes. The customer service we received was truly exceptional; they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and felt appreciated. This is our 2nd Acura, and we will be back for the next one! Started last fall to look at mid-size SUV's to replace my wife's 11 year old Lexus RX. We just didn't like the styling of the new RX models so we looked at a dozen different models before choosing the new Acura RDX. Contacted Norris via the web and received a quick response. Worked closely with Damon, he was fantastic!. Damon was patient, answered our many questions and responded when he said he would. No games, came to an agreement on price and had a very pleasant purchasing experience. He had everything ready when we arrived, all paperwork ready to go and spent time showing my wife the many features on the vehicle. There are many sales people but a few are sales professionals which is why we appreciated working with Damon. He even called a few times afterwards as we were getting used to the vehicle. Great Experience!
