Unemployed since April, five (yes 5!) months later still no answer or payments received. Each email take 1 month before a reply, same document (C4) sent in 4 times yet they claim it has never been received. The membership invoices of 100 keeps on coming though. Don't bother calling them, you only get the same reply to wait and try later. Ombudsmannen has his phone number disabled. Can't give negative score, just keep away! Luckily I had savings and have been able to borrow money otherwise my family would be evicted and homeless by now.

I am very disappointed with your services, I don’t know if this is a union to help who needs help or just to waste our time and do nothing helpful. When I had problems, I have called many many times and no body ever answered the phone. When you go to the office, you must wait for hours while it’s only open until midday and It’s always packed. some of the employees at the office are very unfriendly and rude, some are nice and helpful but sadly they are not always there. I am surprised by how many people are mad and very disappointed as well from reading all the comments here, I thought it was only me. Somebody must seriously take care about this all these issues and they must fix all these problems as soon as possible.

Vraiment là on touche le fonds avec ce syndicat. Service misérable, on prend les adhérents pour des moins que rien. A part prélever 18 tous les mois, ils ne savent rien faire d’autre. Et le Covid est leur excuse favorite. Bureaux fermés, pas de réponse aux emails, personne au téléphone et j’en passe.
c’est n’importe quoi!!! Jamais joignables. Ils répondent jamais , ni au mails ni au téléphone. Et le pire c’est que j’attends 4 mois pour qu’ils me répondent c’est comme meme pas normal???? Je découvre par Actiris que je ne touche plus de chômage ! Et CSC alors à quoi elle sert ?
C'est littéralement du vol de cotisation et d'argent public. Aucune réponse de leur part, aucun moyen de les joindre mais toujours en temps et en heure des rappels de cotisations. J'espère que le médiateur les fera réagir mais j'ai des doutes. Heureusement que je ne suis pas isolée. C'est criminel de laisser des citoyens sans l'aide à laquelle ils ont droit.
