Staff were very polite and car was supplied at very short notice. However car was damaged and embarrassing to drive.
The hire of the van wasn't too bad. Sure it was a little expensive compared to other options in the area but on the whole it was okay. The van was clean and tidy and the person that served us was very attentive and helpful. The only issue for us was that we hired a transit van and were given a Luton which meant we couldn't do everything we intended due to height restrictions. Not a major issue but a small inconvenience. I would suggest enterprise only offer vans they actually have available in the future as it can be an issue for people if they get something larger than they asked for. On the whole though, would use again if I needed to.

Been meaning to leave a bad review since Christmas. The car we booked wasn’t available- the manager was very rude and said we said we should take the complaint up with head office. We only asked why they allowed up to book it online if they don’t even have it at that location... either way the young guy needs to be more polite. Checkout the mess they gave us. We would have gone back on to complain but they where over an hour late collecting us so we didn’t have the time to go back in as we had a big drive up to Scotland.
