I contacted Equiptest for a second opinion on a landlord EICR. Darren and the team were extremely responsive and professional and, through their testing, identified that some of the remedial work highlighted by the other contractor was unnecessary for compliance. I instructed them to complete the necessary remedial work, which they completed in a timely manner. Equiptest are also good value and the final invoice was what I expected. If you are looking for an honest, professional and upfront electrical testing company who are not in the business of ripping off landlords, I would recommend getting in touch with Equiptest.
