Hired Jerry, on January 3 2020, who works ALONE and only worked when I was gone to work. He's closed on Saturdays and Sundays when of course people are home. I explained there is a budget. He agreed to it, received nothing in writing as to what the plan was. My bad I trusted!!! He planted plants and trees that I never saw until I got home from work, now I'm stuck with them. I told him I wanted brick for a side boarder, there was a cement curbing done when I got home. He was adding charges without informing me of how much and what they were for. Took him 2 months to plant the plants. At 1 point I asked him to show me the charges as to where we're at, he pulled out a little piece of paper with some amounts on it. So now he's ready to start final stage the rocks, he guessed 15 tons but when he did measure it was 20. So, that will take me over budget and that has left my yard unfinished. I feel he should have had better communication through all this and done what I (the customer) wanted.
