Dr Jacobs has been my optometrist since I was a child - in the 10 years I have known him and his practice, me and my family have always been treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Dr Jacobs is incredibly knowledgeable and is very good at his job, and his enthusiasm for people is obvious the moment you settle in for your eye exam. The reception staff are also super friendly and helpful when it comes to booking appointments, and payments with various options for benefits if needed. Prices for the frames range from 10 all the way to the hundreds, so there is a fantastic variety of frames and glass type for everyone. Additionally, Dr Jacobs is happy to help source frame styles and colours should they not stock what you're after, and also accept frames you bring in. All in all, I can't recommend this place enough! If you're looking for a new optician, do give Eye Value a try.
Magnificent service, refined to meet each customer's needs. Exceptionally friendly staff. Superb quality on frames, lenses, contact lenses and repairs. Thankfully a friend did recommend Eye Value Opticians ,so that now there is no need to look for another optician in London apart from Mr Jacobs!!!
