Beautiful view! Also good food from Pfalz - you could see that it was super fresh and most of it self-made.

I wish our experience in this restaurant was better, but unfortunately it was really bad. There were flies constantly flying around the table INSIDE, so, the alternative is either to scare those insects by waving hands or to agree with their sitting on your food. That one nuance alone can annoy the most patient client. And when one fly fell into the wine glass on our table, the owner of the restaurant has refused to change the wine, has taken the fly out with the spoon and offered to continue drinking it or to pay for the new glass explaining that it was to expensive for him to replace it and that he couldn't "fight the nature". The other question is about the quality of food - baked potatoes were overfried and oversalted, and asparagus dish was refined with the instant sauce with glutamate, which is the least expected sauce in the restaurant... Maybe we just had bad luck, but the overall impression was not pleasant even though aside from conflict solving approach the personnel was friendly. But the flies in the room are just too much to stay quiet. Dear owner, there are ways to deal with the flies in the INNER part of the restaurant even for such nature-lover as you seem to be. I don't believe you would enjoy fighting with the flies yourself during dining somewhere with your family out...

Food was great. Very nice place and a 15 minute walk to the ruins.
