This company on the surface enjoy marketing themselves as a great “customer experience”, “many would return”, “they go the extra mile” etc. however this is not the case for any customer who provides perceived unwarranted feedback about faulty products or fitting. They do not treat you with respect or decency in exploring your complaint or concerns. But rather wash their hands of the issue, refuse to deal with your calls, emails or formal letters. They become extremely unprofessional and the person at the heart of it, the owner, is the source of all this disgraceful behaviour. You end up with the worst customer experience, loss of money, poor product outcome and no where to turn to. They show little concern about loyalty, because loyalty would mean that they would go out “that extra mile” to ensure every customer had the same experience. There motivation would be to resolve issues as they would value every customer. Shocking service. Awful leadership. Would never recommend.

Very attractive shop with wide selection of floor coverings. They now do window dressings too. Staff have been friendly but till now have not been able to resolve my problem. Otherwise I would have rated them higher.

Delighted with carpet fitter Mark’s attention to detail when laying tartan carpet on stairs and landing. We are also very happy with Amtico flooring fitted by Kevin. Thanks again.
