I called Brad to assist with getting a 1980s Ms. Pac man machine fixed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got me on his schedule quickly. His prices are fair for the quality work he does. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their arcade games repaired!

Had a great experience using Brad’s Pinball & Arcades! I called them to come out and look at my Pac-Man machine, they got me on their schedule for the following week. They came out and was able to fix it fast and reasonably! Would definitely recommend them!

Brad is a very friendly and very professional repair tech. We were in need of having a Bally Strikes and Spares Pinball Machine and a Bally Kiss Machine both from 1979, brought back into working condition and some much needed cleaning done on the cabinets and playfields. He worked us into his schedule fairly quick. The workmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal! He figured out the problem with our pinball machines and had them fixed very quickly. He came to our home on a separate occasion was on time and was able to diagnose our issue and repair it in minutes. His rate is very reasonable and he gets the work done fast. Will definitely be using his services in the future. We highly recommend this Company. Very Fair and Honest.
Awesome! Lightning fast communication, came out right away to look at our Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga arcade game when the screen started warping. He knew what the problem was immediately. Came back sooner than expected and we were up and running again in no time. Fast, friendly and reliable. The service is what it's all about. Highly recommend!
