I heard good things but an agent names Jasmine over the telephone made the place seem dead and dull. She couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. Appalling customer service.

Lovely environment with caring staff that go the extra mile to make the home feel more of a home and not a hospital type environment :) my nan has never been as settled as she is at Lavender lodge. very pleased and happy to know that she is in the safest place she could be for her well being. Thank you all :)

I have been working at lavender lodge for 5 weeks now so I am relatively new. but working at lavender lodge is such an amazing place to work. All the staff are so friendly and have welcomed me and so have all the wonderfull residents who make doing my job so rewarding. I am so glad and proud to say that I work at lavender lodge.

don't respond you so don't hold your breath trying to get through or getting a reply. I wouldn't give them a dead rat to look after yet alone a human being
