tried to call and book the covid jab and the website does not help so called the phone number and told to call option 5. The music whilst waiting the 20 minutes to get through made me want to call samaritens instead. Then they could not book me I have to use the text message

We attended the Covid vaccination clinic on Monday 8th in the snow and ice, having heard that many places in Suffolk were closed due to the conditions. I was 99% sure it would be a wasted journey. Not a bit, the place was alive with people, staff, volunteers and patients. We were assisted to a parking space in the snow covered car park, joined the queue and in no time were then on our way having received the most welcome jab. I wish to thank you all most sincerely on a job (jab) well done, all of you, the paid and un-paid, you were marvellous !! Irene & Ken Davies
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE GROVE MEDICAL CENTRE. Just been to the Grove MC to take my other half to get his Covid vaccine. Incredibly efficient system, with people directing cars to parking spaces. My other half went in 5 minutes before his appointment and was back within 10 minutes. Well impressed with the efficiency . WELL DONE The Grove. 12 out of 10. Find everybody friendly and efficient. Much more so since Covid 19. Easier to get appointments and no waiting. Great.
One total misdiagnosis for my belated dad. A real reluctance to help my brother or to signpost him to appropriate services. I thank God its not my surgery
Missing my old surgery right now. Get a missed call, no idea what is about. Call back, sit in the queue for 40 minutes only for someone to pick it up and hang up immediately. Another wait for an hour to be told something is ready. It's the future, send an email/message. The online prescriptions service is useful, but waiting times are forever.
