I've only been with Hinshaw since November when I bought my car but they have been amazing for service. Eugene is very helpful and always answers the phone when I have a question, even late night weekends. The entire team is knowledgeable and helpful. Mike is a great service manager and made sure I was taken care of after my latest visit. Glad to be a part of the family!

I bought a used car at Hinshaw Acura. The next day, there was a large oil leak under the car. I contacted my sales guy and then the sales manager asking to have them look at it. They never responded. I ended up taking to a local auto repair to fix it and luckily it wasn't serious. I was disappointed that Hinshaw wouldn't even acknowledge me. The leak must have been obvious on the lot since so much oil was leaking. I assume they were aware of it. I wouldn't buy a car at Hinshaw without having a 3rd party look at it first.
We had an absolutely smooth and amazing experience here. We work with Hunter and he is very professional, flexible and efficient. This is one of the fastest car buying experience that we have ever had. We bought 5 cars and most of them the financing part took like forever. But with this dealership, they are fast, efficient and so so professional. It only took 20' min for financing and another 10' for paperwork signing, and my dad is FIRST-TIME CAR BUYER WITH SUCH A LOW RATE (no cosigner needed)!! They are well worth the time and money and deserve your support !!
