I had a very positive car buying experience. My wife and I had to drive over from Yakima to look at a used car we were very interested in, so I called ahead and spoke with a salesman named Dwight Haughton. I explained that I didn't want to drive all the way only to be surprised by a defect that wasn't made plain in the pictures. He personally inspected the vehicle and disclosed a tear in the seat. No unpleasant surprises awaited us when we arrived. We got a great price on the car, and the financing process was very efficient and quick. Additionally, the facility was very upscale and had a nice waiting area to hang out in until it was our turn with the financing department. Staff was all very pleasant, including Edward Robinson, the salesman we dealt with upon arrival.

I was able to use the online appointment tool to get an appointment the same day. The garage appears full but they are handling the load. This is my 4th visit for covered maintenance and the F-Pace is running well. The new showroom looks great. The complimentary wash is always appreciated.

I Always receive great help from the people at Jaguar of Tacoma, and this visit was no different. I messed up by scheduling an annual visit, but they pointed out that I wasn't actually due. Instead, they checked for any recalls and when one was found they corrected the issue. They verified the date to bring the car in for the next annual check and sent me on my way. I took off and had just come to the second stoplight when the \check engine\ light came on. Turned around and scooted back to the dealership, and while I was still in the car was greeted by one of the techs who noted the light and sent me off to the customer waiting room. It wasn't very long before my regular tech came to tell me what had caused the light. I wasn't really that concerned, but she was so very apologetic about me having to come back for the adjustment. Great customer relations!

I love the online service booking, so convenient and easy! I brought my 2014 XJ in for 80k maintenance on 8/25 and from start to finish, the peeps at JoT are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Aubrie was my service advisor, she was really great with helping me with a couple things I have planned for my XJ. Donarius was the advisor I met the first time visiting JoT a couple months back. He was very helpful in informing me of the upcoming maintenance schedules and all that they entailed. He always remembers my name which makes the experience there at JoT feel comfortable and familiar. Thank you all again for the wonderful customer service!

Took my F type in for an oxygen sensor failure, no courtesy vehicle, no offer of a ride. weeks later I was told it was ready to be picked up, stopped for gas and found that the battery was dead (fortunately I carry a small boost pack) on the drive home the check engine light came back on. Parked the car in the garage absolutely disgusted with the experience only to find the battery completely dead when I went to use it a couple days later, not even enough power to open the locks, went to get my emergency key to find it missing, called the dealership and missed the return call, called back and left a message and I still haven't heard back. The car now has to be taken to another dealership to repaired. EDIT....................... Received a call from Jaguar of Tacoma and had a conversation with the service manager. The conversation was very professional and was offered to have the issues rectified and replacement parts. I am happy with the arrangements made and although things didn't go smoothly they offered to do the right thing in the end.
