A great gym with lots of equipment. Very very helpful owner and staff who are always there to give advice. There is a ladies only area which is brilliant. Newcomers like myself and of course gym pros would benefit greatly from training here. This is the gym where you can achieve your goals.
I would highly recommend Fitness Factory. The ladies area offers a good range of equipment which is sectioned off from the rest of the gym. I am always able to access the equipment that I want during my session, even at busy times. The owner, Vish, has also given me a huge amount of support and guidance with my training. Vish has a wealth of knowledge and experience which has meant his advice has been tailored to me and areas that I need to work on. The support I have received at Fitness Factory sets it apart from any other gym I have been a member of. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are always willing to help. The gym has a friendly atmosphere but offers you the facilities and environment for you to achieve your goals.
Excellent variety of equipment with a ladies only area. People are friendly and don't mind spotting if you ask. Great atmosphere with social events. I've made good progress since March with help and advice from staff.
