Wonderful service from start to finish. We were given some expert advice and ideas on which stove would suit our home and requirements. The installation team were exceptional, I felt completely at ease having the guys in my home, No mess or fuss, arrived on time and were very polite. We couldn't have chosen a better company.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We bought a stovax riva 66 which looks brilliant and is extremely efficient. We discovered that it is also really good for jacket potatoes!
The staff at flames are brilliant, so difficult for everyone with lockdown but Rachel , Linda and Steve the fitter have been a delight to deal with and will definitely be recommending Flames in the future. Thank you and stay safe and well .
Excellent Product and Service We called in to the showroom after having Flames recommended to us by a friend. The advice we received from the staff was first class, polite, professional and friendly. The fireplaces were delivered and installed exactly when we was told they would be. The fitters were great, polite and tidy and the fireplaces look gorgeous. I've no hesitation in recommending Flames. Great Service from start to finish.
Rachel and her team gave excellent service when we had our fire place fit. Rachel gave good advice about which style would match the rest of the room and the fitters were friendly and efficient. We would definitely use Flames again!
