Contacted to enquire about re-enrolling son back into lessons after not having any available suitable times after reopening after Covid, told no available times and have to go on waiting list, though this is on the same day i was advised to contact them about lesson times. I find it quite hard to believe that all lessons times are full and there's no availability, seems like they don't care about childrens water safety and that those kids that missed out due to covid, will miss out again. Shame that after 3 years and being our local swimming pool we've had to take our business elsewhere where they were accomodating and had multiple available times.

Loved the lesson here. I think it's better than what I thought it would be. Too bad they only have 2 family change rooms. I think they need more baby change station.

Horrible management and they never think about kids feeling if are retained in same level even after passing their flimsy swimming levels. Can't escape from getting fooled.

My son swims at Tintern and loves it. His teacher is terrific and takes the time he needs with him. The classes arent too big which is better then other swim schools and the pool is private so my son can focus.

I don't know why we need these lifeguard. We don't need them to count how many people in each lane. They don't even care if the swimmer enters the wrong lane due to their swimming speeds. We just need them to talk and chat happily with no consideration of swimmers lives.

The worst business practices and poor management of swimming lesson times and re-enrolment. Teachers hit and miss with no guarantee of maintaining the same teacher term to term. Don’t waste your money!

Poor service, inflexible with make-up classes, no personalized service, some young teachers who do not pay enough attention to students. We moved from Syndal Just Swim, where we were for years and found they were far more friendly and made sure all teachers were of a good standard. Pity they closed.
