Left his vehicle in my driveway for a week with no word, no permission. Showed up to get it and said nothing. Not sorry, just nothing. Completely ignored me! Why are there only responses to positive reviews? Obviously not a company interested in resolving issues.

Called to have a leak fixed on my roof. Before giving details I was told. \We are not taking repairs currently.\ While I understand they are busy, they are installing complete roofs to make the most money, and not helping out potential customers for the future. You could help out multiple people in the same time you install 1 roof. I hope they learn from this review. You run a business how you want. And no response is needed from the owner. There was no miscommunication. It was clear on what was said. My home has since been repaired by another company and their information and yours was given to my realtor friend and my mother, who runs a business dealing clients and their rental properties. Best of luck in the future. I hope you learn from this.

Krause companies is great! I know when they come to my home that the work will be done properly and with great integrity. An example - I needed them to take a look at my AC unit.
