My fiance and I needed a few dance lessons for our upcoming wedding. So I called twice, left a voicemail, and sent four emails (some to the general email and others to Donna's email) over the course of several months and never once heard back from them. To say they have bad customer service would be an incorrect claim. A more accurate statement would be that their customer service is non-existent.
