We went Aaron’s on Saturday, in the market for a NEW washer and dryer! Found a set on the show floor that I liked and asked very clearly if the set was new and was told yes, it hasn’t left the store. Tonight the delivery was made, we received no help getting the old washer out, they did not help hook up the new ones, show us how it operates or check to ensure all was in good working condition! Upon inspection of our receipt they brought tonight it says the dryer was preleased! Yet we are buying it at a new dryer price! I am very unhappy and expect this to be rectified!
After a very bad experience 2 years ago in this store, today was a totally different experience. We werentrated good, made to feel important. The GM saved a very long time client of several Aaron's storea.
