Holly Kaaret

Dr. Liu has been my mom's physician since 2014. She has always been caring, patient and accommodating. Mom had a triple bypass open heart surgery in 2014. We switched to Dr. Liu right after the surgery. Under Doctor Liu and mom's heart specialist Dr. Roneai's care, 5 years after the big surgery, mom is a healthy and happy 90-year young lady.

DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE FOLLOW UP FREQUENTLY WITH HER OFFICE. But I am very disappointed that after my appointment on Thurs. 11/9/17 Dr. Liu was supposed to send a recommendation for an Gynecologist. Everything I said I wanted to do she said \yes. Okay. Yeah. I can do that for you\ so I though \great!\, she seemed like she was rushing our appointment. She then told me herself I should receive a letter in the mail for an approval for the specialist in 4 weeks. Well it's now 13 weeks later and I never received anything. I called today to follow up, and turns out Dr. Liu never sent a request. VERY disappointed, Dr. Liu. Thankfully your office staff was helpful in solving this matter. I'm expecting the approval to come within 1 week as your associate told me to... and did she really leave a review of herself? Classic...

Told me she accepted my insurance when I told her I wouldn’t be able to pay a large copay. It ended up being a lie, now she calls me almost every day asking for me to pay a large copay I told her I wouldn’t be able to afford from the beginning. It’s awful that she takes advantage of people in this way.

I was a new patient. waited the necessary 1hour before I was called in then I waited another hour to see the doctor. 2 hours almost 5 pm!! she came in did not introduce her self, was very blunt asked me what I wanted? As I was explaining my concerns, she interrupted me said she would not give my any of the medication I have been on. Due to chronic back pain. (I was hit by a car at 10 years old) Instead she told me she would put me in Zoloft.or Prozac, if I was feeling Anxiety. WHAT!! Hell no!! That's crazy scary to me!! This is not the Dr you need to care for you or me! It took her less than 10 minutes to see me , she did not ask for my history or sit to see what if anything else was bothering me. Oh yes she said she was going to send me to rehab for my back! Before she left she said come back in 2 weeks we can figure out what else you need!! I'm not going back. I have filed a complaint with my insurance!! Bad experience!! She was in a hurry to clock out!!
