Worst ppl ever they take tanks that are full from a family with a baby when its winter! Money hungry! The gas was paid for u could of waited till the gas ran out.no one was gonna steal your tanks!

Their billing department is a joke. Not consistent at all on how they bill you. Sending invoices to the wrong address (you would think they’d send it to the address where the propane gets delivered, but maybe that’s just me\u200d️)or don’t send an invoice at all and just change your debit card whenever they feel like it. You’d think they would come and fill up the tanks after the bill is paid in full and on time? Nope!! I see why they’re the cheapest around
You'd think when you pay your bill and note that you have 8 gallons of propane remaining....you're gone from the house for nearly a week to come back to find the gauges on ZERO and no refill! I their trucks up and down the road all the time! Not the first time this has happen. Last time they charged and extra fee to come out to fill the tanks \ after hours\. To sign up for their budget plan...you spend more per year that just paying per fill up. A switch in providers is coming! With two kids and a new born in the house, I want to be treated as a priority, not as a second class customer!
