Our last franking machine never had a logo as we had chased it up Neopost who never got round to updating our design. Franking turned it around the with a couple of days on the Pitney Bowes machine, from contact to completion. Now our franked impressions sport our logo with pride.
I ordered some inks for my Pitney Bowes franking machine and asked tentatively if there’s any way it could come urgently. The girl went the extra mile and said that for 12.99 they could deliver it the same day. I was dubious that it was logistically possible. But it came that afternoon. Unbelievable service. They saved the day
The franking machine they installed (a Piteney Bowes P720) is more reasonably priced than our last slightly bigger machine. They talked us through the best one to get FOR US, and this one is perfect for our needs. I would recommend the P720 for medium sized offices. PS. The engineer who installed it gave us a kit with labels and a couple of inks as a sweetener. So see if you can get the same with some gentle persuasion
The accessory we got that folds our letters into the envelopes is an absolute god-send. It saves us hours per week. Get one of these if you currently insert them by hand!
We desperately needed franking ink for our Pitney Bowes machine during lockdown. They delivered it the same day which meant were able to continue our post uninterrupted. I don't know if they provide this service outside of London, or if we were just lucky to be in their service area of their engineers. Either way utterly delighted.
My ink from Pitney Bowes had dried out over the COVID period and we desperately needed some of that illusive blue stuff. Franking were the only ones we could find who delivered the ink the same day. Very fast and very reasonably priced. You saved us in a tight spot, as that mail-shot was extremely important.
