Everyone I experienced was nice and helpful. No one wants to be in the situation we are/were in but we deal with it the best we can. My case manager was very helpful and my class instructor was amazing. I paid my fees and did my class and moved on. There are a lot of negative reviews but I had no issues at all, I did what was needed of me and all was fine.

This place is utterly horrific they have no manners no sensitivity no knowledge of how to talk to anyone other than fellow employees and it is completely absurd. I have called numerous times to no avail leaving multiple messages and if I'm lucky enough to get a call back they will speak to you in a condescending manner and even bring up the trouble you have without knowing anything about you or your situation and end it all by saying contact your lawyer and hanging up on you. I demand a re-stacking of these better than thou attitudes or at the very least sensitivity training. I urge Superior's to contact me so we can resolve this issue at hand. That has obviously affected more than just me

This place has horrible customer service. They refused me service after I had a problem with The way the operator was talking and demeaning me. She cut me off when I was talking and told me I shouldn’t have gotten a license after i made a point that they had already taken my money. I’m convinced they stole my money because it never came back to my bank: they will rob you and treat you less than a human. They also said they were refunding my money yet did not! So not only are they rude they will rob you

First let me start by saying I have jumped through every hurdle and financial obligation I was supposed to. I did my time and patiently waited for the time I could drive again. I went in to get the referral for my interlock and was told by the lady at the desk that approval takes about a week and someone would call me. No one did, so I went in after 5 days. The lady tried to hand me same paperwork again that I had already filled out and given to her. Then I repeated to her what she originally told me and she looked at me like I was crazy. Finally she finds my info and I pick a company and make an appointment to have it installed. My appointment is for the next day in the afternoon. I arrive to get my interlock installed only to be told that my paperwork is not in the system! I can tell you that today is a holiday and I think they closed early on the Thursday that I was there because of this. Not only that but they are also closed on Monday! You would think that since the have peoples lives and time in their hands that they might actually try and or care. But no this is really about the money that they keep taking from me. So now I have to wait basically another week to try to get this figured out. Im truly disgusted at how this has been handled. I have some personal business that I need to be mobile for at the end of next week, and I basically have been trying to get back on the road the entire month of January now. With no help it seems from them whatsoever. I was a model asap customer and I just want to be treated with some respect. I am all for getting people the help they need, and making the roads a safer place. I just wish there was more respect for those peoples lives and time.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. They NEVER pick up the phone , you can call them 20 times in a row and they still don’t. They don’t return messages , and the 1 time out of 100000 that they do pick up they are RUDE and absolutely ZERO help. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for weeks in order to get something that I need completed. PICK UP THE PHONE. They also only seem to reply to positive reviews instead of assist those that need it . They should be ashamed.
