We found a truck we wanted online. We connected with our salesman Ronnie Clark on the phone first then met him at the dealership. Staff were very professional and extremely helpful. We purchased a 2021 Silverado. The moment we stepped in the dealership our experience was positive and any questions or concerns we had were addressed. Our experience was great. Hi my Name is Gary and I have a life experience I'd like to share. Everyday we make choices of who we should or should not interact with. Who we should or should not purchase from. My first choice I started with Friendly Chevrolet and a very.... very aggressive sales tactic process. Person after person trying to force a sale. Not listening not negotiating. We did NOT come to an agreement I was actually insulted by their \pusher\. I left and not being dissuaded in my search of a 2020 Blazer Premier. I happened across FOREST LAKE CHEVROLET and was blessed to speak with Michael Barth. Calm and no pressure. I spoke to one person and no one else until it was time for finance. They were understanding, willing to work with me, and when there was a small financial issue and forced to move the deal to the next day (Banks were closed), the dealership went to bat for me talked to the underwriters, renegotiated my deal with them, and all I had to do was come up with an additional 1,700.00 and I got the best deal in the state for my vehicle. Easy Peasy! Thank you Mike for being so kind, soft spoken, and dealing with my personality (Katie loved working with you and she is so happy with the Blazer). I was disappointed to discover that the digital coupon could not be used. It is 2021, everyone uses digital coupons. I saw no mention on coupon that it must be printed. The service help was polite and understanding, but said that was the policy.
